Managing PARTNER
As one of the managing partners of the firm, Jeff's main focus is in providing tax and business consulting services to owner-managed businesses and professionals. He has deep industry expertise and insight in the entertainment industry. These services also include reviewing investment strategies, estate planning for his clients and cross border tax compliance. Jeff holds a BBA and MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He received his CA designation in 1983 and his U.S. CPA designation in 2004. When not at the office, Jeff can be found spending quality time with his wife Sharon and their three kids, or working out at his home gym. Jeff is a huge sports fan and loves going to the Air Canada Centre to see the Raptors and the Leafs.

Oksana Bernatonis

Oksana has over ten years of experience in public accounting, providing assurance services, corporate and personal tax planning. She enjoys working with clients and contributing to their success. Oksana obtained her Bachelor’s in Economics and Master’s in Finance (Honours) at the Academy of National Economy, Ukraine. She further advanced her education with a diploma in Accounting and Finance (Honours) at Seneca college and was an Honour student at Athabasca University BComm program (51 credit-hours).
Oksana loves travelling around the world and spending time with her family and friends.
